Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping to Idaho , Colorado are not supported at this time 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UPS)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Next Day Air is available only for delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

FVKD.co does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
A valid street address is required for all UPS shipments.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. It will include your UPS tracking number(s). Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

FVKD.co is not responsible for any taxes or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping—such as state taxes, duties, or other fees—are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

FVKD.co is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing the claim.
